![]() What can I do to correct this and begin running one of the newer OneDrive sync clients again? This has been a wildlyįrustrating process and not intuitive at all for anyone not experienced in IT. I have reset OneDrive and this didn't help. It opens the old OneDrive for Business sync client and asks to sync a library. I then browse to the newly installed OneDrive icon (cloud coming out of the folders rather than the old cloud icon) and click on it. It looks like it doesn't install properly. The configuration created by the site administrator isn't supported." There have been no changes in our office 365 admin portal. The older client is now running and pops up with the error that "We can't sync this library because ![]() Everything has been working fine until my OneDrive is randomly disconnected and the newer version is not working at all. I installed the newer version (.0830) which does not askįor a sync library. It's the version that pops up and asks for a library sync. The native OneDrive for Business client has been running on this machine for a while.
